{"id":17529,"date":"2024-02-01T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-02-01T11:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsite.finki.ukim.mk\/announcements\/proverka-na-dosie-za-studenti-koi-prijavile-diplomski-trud\/"},"modified":"2024-02-01T12:00:00","modified_gmt":"2024-02-01T11:00:00","slug":"proverka-na-dosie-za-studenti-koi-prijavile-diplomski-trud","status":"publish","type":"announcement","link":"https:\/\/finki.ukim.mk\/en\/announcements\/proverka-na-dosie-za-studenti-koi-prijavile-diplomski-trud\/","title":{"rendered":"Record check for students who have submitted a thesis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Students,<\/p>\n<p>We inform you that the dossier check for students who have submitted a thesis in the thesis system <strong>January 1, 2024<\/strong>, will be performed exclusively <strong>electronic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The procedure is as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The student submits the thesis to the thesis system.<\/li>\n<li>The Student Services office internally reviews the file and notes which applications have been submitted and which are missing in the iKnow system.\u2019<\/li>\n<li>Reports<strong> They will be regularly updated in the IKNOW system in the exams tab.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>After reviewing the file, the courses for which there are physical reports will be selected in the \"Phys. Rep.\" column, and as professors submit additional reports, this information for the courses will be updated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>When the student graduates, they must submit the following documents at the counter:\n<ul>\n<li>Record of the thesis<\/li>\n<li>Thesis abstract<\/li>\n<li>VOI 50 Statistical Form (completed)<\/li>\n<li>Payment through the IKNOW system (Certificate of Graduation - FINK).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>All those who submitted their thesis before 2024 will continue with a manual file check at the counter until the data in the system is fully updated.<\/p>\n<p>This procedure reduces the line at the counter and makes it possible to check the files of all students who are abroad.<\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":15124,"template":"","class_list":["post-17529","announcement","type-announcement","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/finki.ukim.mk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/announcement\/17529","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/finki.ukim.mk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/announcement"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/finki.ukim.mk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/announcement"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/finki.ukim.mk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/15124"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/finki.ukim.mk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=17529"}],"curies":[{"name":"WordPress","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
