Objections are submitted according to <a href=\"http:\/\/join.finki.ukim.mk\/Files\/\u0422\u0440\u0435\u0442 \u0443\u043f\u0438\u0441\u0435\u043d \u0440\u043e\u043a\/\u041f\u0440\u0438\u0433\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0440\u0438\/Postapka za prigovor 3 upisen rok.pdf\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">published procedure<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unranked candidates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> All candidates who are not ranked or who wish to change or supplement their selection of study programs or mode of study (state quota or co-financing) have the opportunity to re-declare their interest in study programs with available seats and to be ranked for a study program that is not fully filled. The new ranking will be made <u>without changing the order of the previously ranked candidates<\/u>.<\/p>\n<p> The change of the chosen study program or mode of study is made by filling out the <a href=\"http:\/\/join.finki.ukim.mk\/Files\/\u0422\u0440\u0435\u0442 \u0443\u043f\u0438\u0441\u0435\u043d \u0440\u043e\u043a\/\u041f\u0440\u0438\u0433\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0440\u0438\/Izjava za nov izbor na SP.pdf\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Declaration for the Supplementation or Change of Selected Study Programs<\/a>, in accordance with the available seats per study program.
