He was born in 1976 in Skopje. He completed his primary and secondary education in Skopje and was the recipient of multiple awards and honors at republican and federal competitions in mathematics and physics. In 1995, he enrolled at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Skopje, in the Department of Computer Engineering, Informatics, and Automation. During his studies, he was awarded five times for his excellent academic performance. He graduated in 2000 with a thesis titled \u201cPublishing via the Web,\u201c earning a grade point average of 9.36. He enrolled in graduate studies in Informatics at the PMF in Skopje. He defended his master's thesis, titled \u201cElectronic Testing,\u201d under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Marjan Gu\u0161ev, in 2003. After graduating, he was appointed a junior assistant at the II, and after completing his master's degree in 2004, he became an assistant. He received his PhD in 2010 with a dissertation titled \u201eService-Oriented Architecture in e-Testing\u201c and was appointed an associate professor in the same year. He has taught exercises in the following subjects: Introduction to Informatics I and II, Internet, Internet Technologies, Computer Architecture, Computer Networks, Computer Network Design, Multimedia, Computer Applications, Educational Software Design, and Computer Systems in Teaching \u2013 for computer science students \u2013 and Introduction to Informatics \u2013 for geography and mathematics-physics students. His main areas of scientific interest are electronic knowledge assessment, e-learning, web applications, and service-oriented architecture. He has published 2 scientific papers in international journals in the field of e-learning and e-government and 22 scientific papers in proceedings of domestic and international conferences. He has participated in and led several projects in the field of e-business and e-education. In 2003, he received an international scholarship from the World Federation of Scientists, based in Switzerland, to implement the project \u201cComputer-Aided Learning, Models, Concepts, and Applications for Distance Learning.\u201d In 2005, he was a member of the working group for the development of the National Strategy and Action Plan for the development of the information society. He is a member of the IEEE, the World Federation of Scientists, and ETAI (the Society for Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, and Informatics of Macedonia).<\/p>\n
