He was born in 1957 in Ohrid. He graduated, received his master's degree, and earned his doctorate from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Skopje in 1981, 1994, and 2002, respectively. He was employed at \u017dTP Skopje as chief engineer from 1982 to 1987. In 1987, he was hired as a junior assistant at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Skopje. In 2002, 2007, and 2012, he obtained the titles of associate professor, full professor, and regular professor, respectively. He is currently responsible for several undergraduate courses and is the coordinator and founder of the master's program in Eco-informatics. He is the author of more than 100 papers published in renowned international scientific journals and conference proceedings. He has participated in more than twenty applied research projects and a dozen bilateral and international projects with several universities from the EU and the USA. He has been a leader and participant in several TEMPUS projects as well as FP6, FP7, and H2020 projects. His research focuses on the areas of ecological modeling, spatio-temporal and 3D objects and analyses, multimedia systems, and intelligent information systems.<\/p>\n
