Born in 1975 in Skopje. Has attended several state competitions in mathematics, informatics and physics and received many awards. In 1993 he was admitted to the informatics studies at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Skopje – at the Institute of Informatics. During the studies he was one of the organizers of the Student Information Center, which was the first Macedonian Internet access, web hosting and email service for students. During the studies he also took part in the development of the information system of the Faculty, and realized the first Macedonian student services on Internet – submitting exam enrollment applications, for which he was awarded as the best student effort in the field of informatics at the University. He finished the studies in 1999 and by the end of the year was elected as a scientific collaborator at the Institute of Informatics. Further in 2002, he was elected a junior teaching assistant at the department of software engineering. In the period until 2006 he has finished the graduate studies and on 29.12.2006 he defended the master's thesis “Public information systems and information portals” receiving a degree of Master of Science in Informatics. In 2007 he was elected a teaching assistant at the Institute of Informatics. In 2013 he defended his doctoral dissertation - “Adaptive and social self-structuring navigational systems for public information systems”.
As part of the Institute of Informatics, he gave lectures under mentorship, theoretical tutorials and laboratory exercises in many courses. He is the author or co-author of several manuals and course booklets produced as part of several international projects.
In the period 2005-2009 he was appointed Manager of the Computing Center of the Institute of Informatics.
He took part in 26 international projects, under TEMPUS, DAAD, PHARE, FP6 and FP7 programmes. He has published 16 papers in scientific publication or reviewed conference proceedings and held about 30 presentations at conferences and workshops.
