Decision on admission and information on enrollment for candidates, in accordance with the decision on admission for the first enrollment period 2022/2023
Dear candidates, we inform you that the enrollment of ranked candidates according to the decision on admission (unranked candidates who have submitted a statement are ranked in an additional decision at the end of the document, i.e., they appear twice) in the first admissions period, it will be carried out on 12.09.2022 во техничкиот кампус (на истото место каде се поднесуваа документите) според следниот распоред:
- Рангирани на Примена на информациски технологии (ПИТ) од 8:30 часот
- Рангирани на Софтверско инженерство и информациски системи (СИИС) од 10:00 часот
- Рангирани на Software engineering and information systems (SEIS) од 11:30 часот
- Рангирани на Интернет, мрежи и безбедност (ИМБ) и Компјутерско инженерство (КИ) од 12:00 часот
- Рангирани на Компјутерски науки (КН) и Компјутерска едукација (КЕ) од 13:30 часот

Note: Ranked candidates must enroll during these timeframes and submit all required documents in full. Otherwise, they will forfeit their place, and if they wish to enroll at FINKI again, they will have to apply during the second or third admission period, starting from the beginning, if there are still open spots.
Required Documentation for Enrolling New Students for the 2022/2023 Academic Year
1. Statement for submitted documents
2. Semester registration form (with attached photo), completed and signed (purchased from the bookstore)
2.1. List on items according to the guidelines that are filled out in the form.
3. Application form from the State Statistical Office of the Republic of Macedonia (form Voi. 20) (available for purchase at a bookstore)
4. Candidates admitted under the state quota submit a confirmation of payment of the first installment of 100 euros in the denar equivalent at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia (Example payment slip)
4.1. Contract for studying in the state quota in two copies
5. Quota candidates with co-financing submit proof of payment of the first installment of 200 euros in the Macedonian equivalent at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia (Example payment slip), as well as
5.1. Statement for consent to submit the study costs
5.2. Contract for studying in a co-funded quota, in two copies
6. Proof of payment of 750.00 denars to the FINKI account for administrative and material costs and insurance.Example payment slip)
7. Proof of payment of 750.00 denars – for informational, informational, cultural, and sports activities of the students of the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, with the designation UCM Decision for IKSA, FINKY, (Example payment slip).
8. Students who wish to grant a third party access to personal documents and documents from their student file must complete and submit Statement for access to information and documents from third parties on FINKI
9. Index card (with a photo attached) and student ID card (with a photo attached), completed without an index number (purchased from the bookstore)
Кандидатите кои нема да се запишат или се откажуваат од запишувањето на Факултетот за информатички науки и компјутерско инженерство во учебната 2022/2023, поднесените документи можат да ги повлечат до 16.9.2022 (09 – 12:00 часот). При тоа, потребно е да се потпише statement for submitting the documents in 2 copies.
