About Us
TeamLift is an AI adoption company that helps organizations integrate AI into their daily work. We train and support AI champions inside client teams through structured, coach-led programs, and we build the AI-powered products that support them.

The Internship
Over two months, you will join our engineering team as an Product Engineer Intern and work on our production platform. You will own one feature from planning to deployment. The core of your work will be the user interface, built in React and TypeScript. With support from our engineers, you will also build the APIs and data model the feature needs in NestJS and PostgreSQL, and, where the feature calls for it, an AI component in Python using CrewAI agents and vector databases.
You will help shape the requirements, design the solution, and deliver it across the stack. You will receive regular mentorship and code reviews, and your feature will ship as part of our platform.

What We Are Looking For
Students or recent graduates in Computer Science or a related field
At least one project you can share with us (academic, personal, or hackathon), ideally one that includes a user interface you built
Solid foundations in JavaScript and React, with a good eye for UI and user experience
Working knowledge of backend development and databases, and an understanding of how the frontend and backend connect
Interest in TypeScript, NestJS, Python, or AI agents (prior experience is a plus, but not required)
Good written and spoken English for working in a remote team
Curiosity, eagerness to learn new technologies, and comfort asking questions

What You Will Gain
Ownership of a real feature in a production AI platform
A shipped feature you can show in your portfolio
Practical full stack experience with React, TypeScript, NestJS, and PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with AI agents and vector databases
Mentorship and code reviews from an experienced engineering team
For interns who stand out, a pathway to a longer-term role with growing ownership of our product
