Requests for reduced participation fees for students from single-parent families

In accordance with одлука на ректорска управа на УКИМ 16.9.2025, Interested students are invited to apply for the internal job posting.

Право на учество на Огласот има секој студент кој запишал зимски семестар на прв циклус на студии во учебната 2025/2026 година, а кој има само еден родител со родителско право (во натамошниот текст – апликант), односно има:

only one parent is registered on the birth certificate, or;
deceased parent, or
a parent who has lost parental rights.

Апликантите, најдоцна до 16.10.2025 година,onелектронска адреса arhiva@finki.ukim.mk They must submit an application in which they state:

– for freshmen: the total number of points by which, in accordance with the Admissions Competition, the student was enrolled in the first year of studies

– for upper-year students: average grade point average

With the application, applicants submit the following documents in PDF format:

– proof of salary for employed family members for the most recently paid salary,

– For social assistance recipients, a most recent decision/confirmation from the social services center is submitted,

For retired family members, a document proving the pension amount is provided.

– A court judgment establishing legal support for the applicant, which is considered monthly income.

– for a parent who has been stripped of parental rights – a decision from a competent court and/or

– for a deceased parent – a death certificate.

If necessary, it may be requested that the documents also be physically delivered to the FINKI archive.
