Decision on admission and information on enrollment for candidates, in accordance with the decision on admission for the first enrollment period 2023/2024
Dear candidates, we inform you that the enrollment of ranked candidates according to the decision on admission (unranked candidates who have submitted a statement are ranked in an additional decision at the end of the document, i.e., they appear twice) in the first admissions period, it will be carried out on 12.09.2023 in Room 117 (at the same place where the documents were submitted) according to the following schedule:
- Ranked in Information Technology Applications (Pit) of 8:30 AM
- Ranked in Software Engineering and Information Systems (SIS) of 10:00
- Ranked in Software Engineering and Information Systems (Seven-Eleven) and Professional Studies in Programming (Socialist Party) of 11:30 AM
- Ranked in Internet, Networks and Security (International Monetary Fund) and Computer Engineering (Kiss) of 12:00
- Ranked in Computer Science (Korean New Year) and Information Literacy (Yes) of 1:30 PM

Note: A re-ranking has been made due to the accepted objections.
Ranked candidates must enroll during these timeframes and submit all required documents in full. Otherwise, they will forfeit their place, and if they wish to enroll at FINKI again, they will have to apply during the second or third admission period, starting from the beginning, if there are still open spots.
Required Documentation for Enrolling New Students for the 2023/2024 Academic Year
1. Statement for submitted documents
2. Semester registration form (with attached photo), completed and signed (purchased from the bookstore)
2.1. List on items according to the guidelines that are filled out in the form.
3. Application form from the State Statistical Office of the Republic of Macedonia (form Voi. 20) (available for purchase at a bookstore)
4.a. Candidates admitted to state quota Submit proof of payment for the first installment of One hundred euros in denar equivalent at the central rate of the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia (Example payment slip)
4.a.1. Contract for studying in the state quota in two copies
4.b. Candidates in co-financed quota Submit proof of payment for the first installment of 200 euros in denar equivalent at the central rate of the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia (Example payment slip), as well as
4.b.1. Statement for consent to submit the study costs
4.b.2. Contract for studying in a co-funded quota, in two copies
4.b. Candidates admitted to Professional Studies in Programming Submit proof of payment for the first installment of 300 euros in denar equivalent at the central rate of the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia (Example payment slip), as well as
4.b.1. Statement for consent to submit the study costs
4.b.2. Contract for studying SSP in two samples
5. Proof of payment for 750.00 denars to the FINKI account for administrative and material expenses and insurance.Example payment slip)
6. Proof of payment 750.00 denars – for informational, informational, cultural, and sports activities of the students of the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, with the designation Decision of UKIM for IKSA, FINKI, (Example payment slip).
7. Students who wish to grant a third party access to personal documents and documents from their student file must complete and submit Statement for access to information and documents from third parties on FINKI
8. Index card (with a photo attached) and student ID card (with a photo attached), completed without an index number (purchased from the bookstore)
Candidates who do not enroll or withdraw from enrollment at the Faculty of Informatics and Computer Engineering for the 2023/2024 academic year can submit their documents. withdraw until September 16, 2023 (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM). In doing so, it is necessary to sign. statement for submitting the documents in 2 copies.
