Announcement on Student Transfers to FINKI

Dear Students,

The Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering (FINKI) is opening the student transfer process for students transferring from other faculties for the 2025/2026 academic year. All interested students are required to submit their application no later than 31 August 2026.

Required Documents:

1. Transfer Application
   • Please ensure that you provide your contact telephone number and email address.
   • You can download the application form template here.
2. Transcript of Passed Examinations
   • Issued by the faculty at which you were previously enrolled.
3. Curricula
   • Detailed information on the curricula of the previously completed courses.
4. Payment slip
   • An amount of MKD 3,000 paid to the FINKI account, with the payment reference “transfer from another faculty” (in accordance with the FINKI fee schedule).
   • An example of the payment slip is available here.
   • A payment of MKD 400 per recognized course, payable upon semester enrollment after receiving the decision on course equivalency.

Transfer Requirements:

• Students from UKIM faculties:
  • They will continue their studies under the same enrollment quota from which they are transferring.
• Students from other universities:
  • They will be able to continue their studies under the co-financing quota.

Documents must be submitted electronically by sending the required documentation to: arhiva@finki.ukim.mk

The Transfer Committee will review all submitted applications and notify the candidates of the results. The results will also be published on the FINKI website.
