High-Performance Computing course

Dear assistants, research associates, and graduate students of FINKI, we inform you that from November 7 to December 2, 2011 in Skopje, in the premises of FINKI at PMF (Lab 4) an intensive course will be held on the subject from postgraduate (doctoral – with identification for second and third degree) studies: Data Structures and High Performance Computing. The exact dates for the sessions will be announced by the professor—to whom you must register—Prof. Dr. Marjan Gušev. Registration is by email to marjan.gushev@finki.ukim.mk.

The course is taught by three instructors (two of whom are from Austria) as part of the TEMPUS project MathSEE, which organizes joint doctoral studies in applied mathematics among multiple partners and institutions from Europe and the Balkans. Candidates do not pay to take the course – the costs are fully covered by the TEMPUS project. ECTS credits will not be awarded for the course unless the graduate school council where you are enrolled permits it.
