Dr. Aleksandar Stojmenski

Dr. Aleksandar Stoimenovski graduated from the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering – Skopje with a grade of 9.74 in 2015. He then completed his master's thesis at the same faculty in 2016. He completed his doctoral dissertation in 2024 titled “Methodologies for Diagnostic Recommendation and Analysis of Big Medical Data.” He has worked at the faculty since 2013, initially as a system administrator and demonstrator, later as an assistant, and since 2024 as an associate professor at the same faculty. During his studies, he was awarded as one of the best students at the faculty each year for demonstrating outstanding achievement. He participated in several international conferences and workshops, publishing over 25 papers, including in MDPI, RSNA, AHA, IEEE Xplore, HINDAWI, ICT Innovations, International Journal of Informatics and Communication Technology, MONAMI, the TELFOR conference, and several domestic conferences such as CIIT and ETAI. Alexander's research interests include mobile systems, intelligent systems, machine learning, predictions, data visualization, and modern computer technologies in medicine.

His previous work is based on using various 3D printing technologies to assist in medicine and visualize MRI and CT images, classifying the injuries visible in this data. He has experience in many areas of the industry, including software development and maintenance, and has developed various web and mobile applications.
