Dr. Gjorgji Madjarov

He was born in 1984 in Veles. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology in Skopje in 2007, in the field of computer engineering, informatics, and automation with a grade point average of 10.00, as the top graduate of his class. He is the recipient of the „Zlatnik“ award from the University „Saint Cyril and Methodius“ and the „Golden Ring“ from the Organization of Engineers of Macedonia. In 2009, he defended his master's thesis and earned the academic degree of Master of Electrical Engineering in the field of Computer Engineering and Informatics. He defended his doctoral dissertation in 2012 under the mentorship of Prof. Dejan Georgievski and the co-mentorship of Prof. Sasho Jeroski at the Faculty of Informatics and Computer Engineering. He gained his first work experience at the computer services company „Netcetera“ – Skopje, in the software and web development department. As part of his research work to date, he has participated in the creation of several scientific and professional papers published in domestic and international conferences and journals. His research interests include: pattern recognition, machine learning, and software engineering.
