Dr. Toni Malinovski

He was born in 1971 in Skopje. From 1989 to 1994, he graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering – Skopje, at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius,” in the Computer Engineering, Informatics, and Automation (CEIA) program. After graduating, in 1995 he enrolled in graduate studies at the same faculty, which he completed in 1998, earning a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. He received his doctorate in 2015 from the Faculty of Informatics and Computer Engineering – Skopje, on a topic in the field of distance education.

During his professional development, he has obtained numerous international certifications in the field of computer technology and informatics from well-known global companies, such as Cisco and Microsoft, the most important of which are: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert, Cisco Certified Networking Professional Security, Cisco Certified Networking Professional Voice, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Administrator, IPv6 Forum Certified Network Engineer (Gold), etc.

From 1994 to 1999, he worked at A1 Television in Skopje as a systems engineer, and in 1999 he joined the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia, where he advanced to become an independent advisor in the Directorate for Information Technology. His job responsibilities include the development and installation of complex information and communication systems, management of infrastructure projects, as well as implementing the Directorate's strategy and quality standards. Additionally, since 2004, he has worked as a certified instructor for Cisco courses in various areas, and is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer. He is the author and co-author of several papers published in international journals in the field of computer science and information technology, and has participated in numerous national and international conferences.
