Dr. Vesna Dimitrievska Ristovska
Dr. Vesna Dimitriевска Ristovska was born in 1968 in Skopje. She completed her primary and secondary education in Skopje, with consistently excellent results.
She graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Skopje with a degree in Informatics, with a grade point average of 9.43, having defended her thesis titled “Parallelization of a Sequential Program.“ In January 2007, she defended her master's thesis titled “Quantitative Measures for the Uniform Distribution of Strings,“ earning her Master of Informatics degree. In 2013, she defended her doctoral dissertation at FINK titled ”Quasi-Monte Carlo Integration in Weighted Hilbert Spaces and its Connection to Diaphonia – Mathematical Models and Software Implementation.".
Within the teaching and educational activities of the University "Св. Кирил и Методиј" - Faculty of Informatics and Computer Engineering, Dr. Vesna Dimitriевска Ristovska has taught or is teaching the following courses: Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Calculus 3, Mathematics 1, Mathematics 2, and Discrete Mathematics 1 at the undergraduate level, and Optimization and Calculus 3 at the graduate level.
As an assistant at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, she conducted classroom and laboratory exercises in the following subjects: Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Calculus 3, Fundamentals of Programming, Database Systems, Fundamentals of Operating Systems, and Analytic Geometry. Numerical Computation, Vectors and Matrices, Numerical Methods, Differential Calculus, Introduction to Computer Science 1, Functions of Several Variables, Computer Science, Real Analysis, Information Theory, Programming, and Programming of Computing Machines.
Over the past five years, Dr. Vesna Dimitrievska Ristovska has published several scientific papers in the fields of mathematics, computer science, and computer engineering.
