MSc Igor Cvetanovski

He was born in 1986 in Skopje, where he completed his primary and secondary education. In the 2004-2005 academic year, he enrolled at the Faculty of Law „Justinian I“, part of the University „St. Cyril and Methodius“ in Skopje, in the Department of Legal Studies. In 2008, he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. In the same year, he enrolled in a master's graduate program at the Faculty of Law „Justinian I,“ part of the University „St. Cyril and Methodius“ in Skopje, in the field of Finance and Financial Law. In 2010, he obtained the title of Specialist in Law – in the field of Finance and Financial Law – a pre-master's degree. He earned his master's degree from the same faculty in May 2011, with the defense of his master's thesis entitled „Bad Corporate Governance as Reflected in the Scandals that Shook the Global Financial Sector in 2008,“ under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Tito Belichancev, earning the degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.). His master's thesis is in the field of financial law. He gained his first work experience at the consulting firm Mild Consulting, where he performed legal and administrative duties from June 1, 2007, to May 31, 2008. On June 1, 2008, he was hired by the company Eurolignit – a company for the production and trade of coal and clay, where he remained until January 31, 2009. From February 1, 2009, to June 30, 2011, they worked at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy in Skopje as a clerk in the administrative and legal department. For a period in 2011, they worked in the Legal Affairs Department at Uni Bank as a legal affairs clerk and also interned at the „Ilievski“ Law Firm. Since November 2011, they have worked at the Faculty of Informatics and Computer Engineering in Skopje as a legal affairs officer, and as of December 1, 2012, they were elected Secretary of the Faculty. During his employment, he attended several professional development courses and obtained a certificate in personal data protection for the education sector and a certificate in public procurement.
