MSc Stefan Andonov
MSc Stefan Andonov was born in Negotino in 1997, where he completed his primary and secondary education with consistently excellent achievement.
He completed his undergraduate studies at FCSE in 2019 with a grade average of 9.38. He completed the Software Engineering master’s programme at FCSE in 2022 with a grade average of 10.0, defending the master’s thesis “Log Anomaly Detection Using Graph Representation Learning” under the supervision of Professor Gjorgji Madjarov. In 2023, he enrolled in FCSE’s doctoral programme in Computer Science and Engineering.
He gained his first professional experience as a data engineer at Elevate Global. In March 2018, he was appointed a junior demonstrator and conducted laboratory classes for several FCSE courses. In November 2019, he was appointed a demonstrator at FCSE and taught Structured Programming, Object-Oriented Programming, Advanced Programming, Software Engineering, Visual Programming, Introduction to Computer Science, Cryptography, and Massive Data Mining. In 2023, he was appointed a teaching and research assistant.
His research interests include artificial intelligence for IT operations (AIOps), graph machine learning, time-series analysis and forecasting, distributed processing of massive data, software engineering and data engineering.
