MSc Valentina Trajanova

Born in 1985 in Radoviš, where she completed her primary and secondary education. In the 2004/05 academic year, she enrolled at the Faculty of Law „Justinian I“ at the University „St. Cyril and Methodius“ in Skopje. In her final year of studies, she chose the criminal law track, graduating in 2009 with the degree of Juris Doctor. That same year, she enrolled in graduate studies at the Faculty of Law of the European University in Skopje, in the International Law and International Relations track. She earned her master's degree in 2011 in the field of human rights, receiving the title of Master of Legal Sciences. As a trainee, she completed her training at the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Radoviš and at the law office of attorney Vancho Shehtanski in Skopje. She has participated in projects for T-Home as a marketing supervisor and was also part of interexchange student programs in America. In 2011, she was employed at the Faculty of Informatics and Computer Engineering in Skopje. As part of the Faculty's General and Legal Affairs Office, she participated in seminars on personal data protection, earning a certificate in personal data protection. She also attended training on the Human Resources Management Information System, organized by the Ministry of Information Society and Administration. As a certified public procurement specialist, she has been appointed since 2012 as the faculty's responsible official to lead public procurement procedures of interest to the faculty as a contracting authority, all in accordance with the Republic of Macedonia's legal system and the Code of Conduct for Public Procurement. After completing a counseling program on the Law for Protection from Harassment at the Workplace (mobbing), organized by the Association of Lawyers of the Republic of Macedonia, she also obtained a certificate in this field, granting her the right to act as a mediator in such disputes. In 2013, she was appointed Head of the Faculty's Legal Service. She obtained a Certificate of passing the Judicial Exam, issued by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Macedonia.
