Procedure for Cancellation of a Grade

Upon a student's request, they are allowed to retake the final exam to obtain a higher final grade in a course within a period of no more than four months from the date of the original exam.

The student submits the request of this nature to the student affairs office, which verifies whether the conditions for retaking the exam have been met in accordance with the previous provisions and either approves or denies the retake.
If a retake is approved, the Student Affairs Office voids the student's previously received grade.
The grade received on the retake of the final exam is final, and the student is not entitled to retake the final exam.
