10. Objectives of the course programme (competences) The student will acquire knowledge of easily and efficiently managing IT systems, managing traditional
data centers, private and public clouds, and client computers and devices. The student will also be able to become familiar with
Platforms for managing multiple hypervisors, physical resources, and applications.

1. Data Center Organization
2. Data Center Management (servers, services, users)
3. Documentation of IT assets (hardware, software, services)
4. Protection from outages and disasters, ensuring continuity of services

6. Tools for automated configuration management
7. Programming procedures for automated system installation
8. Programming procedures for automated system configuration

Learning methods Lectures supported by slide presentations, interactive lectures, exercises (using equipment and software packages), team work, case studies, guest lecturers, independent preparation and defense of a project assignment and a seminar paper, and learning in an electronic environment (forums, consultations).
