10. Objectives of the course programme (competences) Запознавање со концептите на отворени податоци, поврзани податоци и графови на знаење. Осознавање на карактеристиките на графовите на знаење, нивниот формат, механизми за конструирање сопствени и конзумирање постоечки графови на знаење, стратегии за нивно објавување во отворен (јавен) или приватен контекст. Оспособување на студентите за идентификација и употреба на соодветни лиценци за отворени податоци. Запознавање со предизвиците и најдобрите практики за менаџирање, визуелизација и бизнис иновации со отворени или приватни графови на знаење.
11. Course content Вовед во концептите на отворени податоци, поврзани податоци и графови на знаење. Карактеристики на графови на знаење. Конструирање и објавување на отворени или приватни графови на знаење. Механизми за откривање на отворени графови на знаење. Лиценцирање и авторски права кај отворени и поврзани податоци. Квалитет на графови на знаење. Управување со отворени и приватни графови на знаење. Отворени владини податоци. Визуелизација на графови на знаење. Бизнис иновации со отворени и приватни графови на знаење. Предизвици и ризици кај отворени податоци. Глобален импакт на отворени податоци.
12. Learning methods Lectures supported by slide presentations, interactive lectures, practical exercises, teamwork, case studies, guest speakers, independent project work and seminar papers, and e-learning.
