10. Objectives of the course programme (competences) Со завршување на овој курс се очекува студентите да ги познаваат клучните елементи на софтверско моделирање на деловни процеси на интегриран и логички начин во бизнис системи. Студентите треба да демонстрираат практично разбирање на бизнис систем интеграција и нејзината употреба во контекст на модерната деловна околина. Да ги сумираат функциите на Enterprise Resource Planning – ERP системите. Да ги објаснат деловните и технички предуслови кои резултирале со потреба од ERP системи. Да ги евалуираат комерцијалните ERP системи за да одредат дали ги задоволуваат деловните потреби. Да ги споредат логичките, технолошки и организациски архитектури на ваквите системи. Студентите треба да покажат познавање на структурата, модулите и функционалностите на ERP системите
11. Course content Модули на ERP системи, функции на ERP системи. Концепти во позадина на модулите и функциите. Планирање и имплементација на ERP систем од кориснички, но и авторски поглед. Технологии кои се употребуваат. Комерцијално достапни ERP системи. Системи со отворен код. Системот SAP, системот Odoo, системот Microsoft Dynamics AX. Модули за производство, матерјално работење, продажба и маркетинг, човечки ресурси, финансии, сметководство, набавки.
12. Learning methods Lectures supported by slide presentations, interactive lectures, practical classes (using equipment and software packages), teamwork, case studies, guest lecturers, independent preparation and defence of a project assignment and seminar paper, and learning in an electronic environment (forums and consultations).
