They will be able to conduct initial market research, define the metrics to track their business's success, and know how to recognize whether they have delivered value to their customers. Finally, they will be equipped to present themselves to potential clients, partners, and investors. | ||||||||||||
| 11. | Course content | Lectures are similar to the format of a startup weekend. Students will have the opportunity to connect with many representatives and stakeholders of the startup community in Macedonia. Concept of values from various perspectives of the stakeholders in a business. Concept of innovation, types of innovation, and how to implement innovation in a business. Introduction to entrepreneurship. Idea evaluation. Market research. Business and lean canvas. Types of product and/or service presentation. Startup metrics. Financial management in a startup environment. Possible organizational structures for a startup. Principles of business scaling. Legal regulations related to startup enterprises in Macedonia.
