Objectives of the course programme (competences) Upon completion of the course, the student is expected to understand and have in-depth knowledge of business process types and their relationship with IS, and will have in-depth knowledge in identifying, modeling, and mapping various types of business processes, will be able to apply business process modeling tools and languages through appropriate diagrams, will have knowledge of process flow improvement principles, and will have knowledge of data exchange and interoperability concepts.

12. Learning methods Lectures supported by slide presentations, interactive lectures, exercises (using equipment and software packages), teamwork, case studies, independent preparation and defense of a project assignment and a seminar paper.
