| 10. | Objectives of the course programme (competences) | The goal of the course is for the student to become familiar with the field of digitization for the application of a full digital transformation at the level of an entire enterprise or institution and to be trained to lead digital transformation projects using technologies to form a complete digital offering, as well as to manage the maintenance of existing solutions resulting from a previous digital transformation. Competencies the student is expected to acquire upon completion of the course: Understanding the importance of complete digital transformation Ability to lead and participate in projects involving enterprise-wide or institution-wide digitization processes. Application of technologies for shaping digital services to create a unique digital offering. A reasoned analysis and critique of past digital transformation projects and existing digital offerings. |

Digital services and digital offering versus classic services and offering. Technologies for the creation, presentation, and delivery of digital services. Methodologies for the development and maintenance of digitization projects. Planning digital transformation projects. - Digital transformation lifecycle at the level of an entire enterprise or institution. - Activities in the preparatory phase for digitization. Digitization processes for a complete digital transformation. Post-digitization activities and preparation for the establishment of digital services. Presentation and implementation of digital services – technologies that enable digital transformation and digital offering Selection of the most suitable technologies for digital transformation and digital offering - Enabling a self-hosted digital offering and cloud enablement - pros and cons. - Maintaining a digital offering. |
