The students will be introduced to the delivery of services by government institutions to the beneficiaries: citizens, businesses and organizations from the non-governmental sector and the application of information technologies in those processes; they will get acquainted with advanced countries and advanced areas of e-government application through number of case studies and best practices. The course will encourage development of communication skills, oral and written, team work skills in the preparation of a project task, presenting skills through the project task presentations.
