Subject goals and competencies:


After completing the course, the student is expected to understand and have an in-depth knowledge in the application of ICT project management techniques and methods, to have an in-depth knowledge in determining software and system requirements, knowledge of metrics for project monitoring and evaluation, to be able to apply requirements management techniques of various project interest groups, to apply cost analysis techniques, prepare reports and to have a basic knowledge of practical software tools for project cycle management.

Предавања поддржани со презентации преку слајдови, интерактивни предавања, вежби (користење на опрема и софтверски пакети), тимска работа, пример случаи, поканети гости предавачи, самостојна изработка и одбрана на проектна задача и семинарска работа, учење во електронско опкружување (форуми, консултации).
