Customer Service Representative
- Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concern;
- Provide information about software product;
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken;
- Prepare FAQ Documents;
- Research answers or solutions as needed;
- Escalate problems to supervisor, coordinator or others who can help;
- Manage QA tasks;
- Manage Support Software Platform;
- Willingness to learn new technologies;
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
- Faculty degree: Information technology degree, E – business or Business Informatics;
- English Language written/spoken is a must;
