- Programming easy to high complexity surveys with accuracy, quality and efficiency, creating online reports.
- Communicating with the clients as well as other teams within the organization to find the best solutions.
- Participate in project initiation and kick off calls with the client
- Ensuring all project deliverables are as per schedule and timelines provided by the client.
Requirements:
- have a degree or experience in IT, economics, sociology, finance or a similar/related field
- are a confident user of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- have good analytical skills
- are willing to learn and constantly develop yourself
- are able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Experience of Java Script, Html, Flash, MySQL or PHP would be a plus.
- Must be proactive and take initiative to learn more about market research techniques, internal software and processes.
Experience with databases, statistical tools (e.g. SPSS, R) , other survey software (NEBU, Confirmit etc) and object oriented development is an advance but not essential.
