ФИНКИ и оваа година е организатор на меѓународната научна конференција CIIT (International Conference on Informatics and Information Technologies) на која се презентираат трудови од најновите научни достигнувања на истражувачите од земјата и странство. Оваа година, конференцијата ќе се одржи во периодот 24 - 26.04.2026 година, во хотелот Дрим, во Струга. За прв пат, конференцијата е поддржана од  IEEE North Macedonia Section и приближно 30% од прифатените трудови ќе бидат избрани за објавување во дигиталната библиотека IEEE Xplore, по ригорозен процес на рецензија и евалуација на квалитетот. Во продолжение е повикот за трудови за конференцијата.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Full papers should provide detailed original research contributions. They must report new research results that represent a contribution to the field. Sufficient details and support for the results and conclusions should also be provided. These papers are limited to a maximum of 6 pages.
• Short papers should report ongoing research and projects and are limited to a maximum of 4 pages. They should provide overall research methodologies, with some preliminary results.
• Student papers are a special type of submission intended for undergraduate and master students, limited to a maximum of 4 pages. These papers will be part of special student sessions, where the authors can present their ongoing work, or demonstrate practical implementations.

Please use the IEEE Conference proceedings manuscript template. For submission of the papers, please use the Microsoft CMT Service at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/User/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FCIIT2026.

Papers that don't comply with the rules in the template will not be reviewed and will not be considered for publishing.

Publication:

Approximately 30% of the accepted papers will be selected for publication in IEEE Xplore Digital Library, following a rigorous peer-review and quality evaluation process. The remaining accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings.

Student paper submission: January 31, 2026

Notification of acceptance: March 6, 2026

Camera-ready deadline: March 20, 2026

Before April 1, 2026:

Students and postgraduates: 50 €

Regular participants: 80 €

After April 1, 2026:

Regular participants: 160 €

Registered regular participants can publish one additional accepted paper free of charge.
