Customer Service Representative

  • Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concern;
  • Provide information about software product;
  • Record details of customer contacts and actions taken;
  • Prepare FAQ Documents;
  • Research answers or solutions as needed;
  • Escalate problems to supervisor, coordinator or others who can help;
  • Manage QA tasks;
  • Manage Support Software Platform;
  • Willingness to learn new technologies;

 

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively;
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
  • Faculty degree: Information technology degree, E – business or Business Informatics;
  • English Language written/spoken is a must;
