Important Dates for First Enrollment Period

September 4, 2024	until 10:00	Deadline for appeals to the Admissions Commission (appeals only for technical errors)
September 5, 2024	until 16:00	Response to appeals and announcement of preliminary ranking list
September 6, 2024	until 12:00	Deadline for appeals to the Faculty Administration (appeals only for technical errors)
September 6, 2024	until 16:00	Announcement of admission decisions
September 11-12, 2024	09:00-14:30	Candidate enrollment

Original diploma for completed secondary education (certified with an apostille stamp, or a stamp from the relevant Ministry of Foreign Affairs for countries that are not members of the Hague Convention)
Original certificates for each completed year in secondary education
Nostrification decision from the Ministry of education and science of Republic of Northern Macedonia for completed appropriate secondary education
internationally recognized English language certificate or certificate from "Blaze Koneski" Faculty of Philology , UKIM (can be delivered later)
Original birth certificate
Original citizenship certificate
Annual health insurance from your own state
Three photos (two with dimensions 3.5x4.5 and one with dimensions 2x3)
Payment of 400 EUR for intermediary services (this amount will be included in the tuition fees for all students who will be enrolled at the faculty, for the rest it will be charged as a lump sum for reviewing the documents.)

Application Submission: Submit originals of the required documents to the faculty of computer science and engineering.
Registration: At the faculties, in late September. Submit:
- Nostrification of previously finished education (document issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of North Macedonia)
- Index, student identification, and application forms provided by the faculty
- Receipt of tuition payment for the semester
- Receipt for the payment of 750 MKD for IKSA (informative, informational, cultural, and sports activities) of the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje

Original citizenship certificate and two photocopies (for persons not born in the Republic of North Macedonia)
- Two copies of the citizenship certificate translated by an authorized court translator in the Republic of North Macedonia (one notarized)
