Information System Development Process

Introduction to the use of IT to improve the quality, design, assistance and transfer of organizational goals and directions. Introduction of IS as a strategic and integral component of an organization. Discussion and review process for IS development: development methodologies, lifecycle workflow. Strict versus agile methodologies, structural versus object-oriented methodologies. Demonstration of examples of application systems in organizations including ERP, CRM, SCM and KN. Upon completion of the course the student is expected to demonstrate knowledge of development processes of IS, and items related to the introduction and application of methodologies.

About the Role

We’re expanding our network of AI Instructors to deliver 1:1 live training sessions for employees at all levels, from beginners learning to use ChatGPT to advanced professionals building AI agents and automations.

This role is flexible and ideal for professionals who want to contribute part-time, after work hours, or alongside their Master’s or PhD studies. You decide how many hours per week you’d like to dedicate to TeamLift, making it a great fit whether you already have a full-time job or are balancing other commitments.

All curriculum, session materials, and exercises are created by TeamLift. Your role is to guide the learner through these materials, answer questions, and troubleshoot challenges in real time to ensure each participant gains confidence and practical mastery.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver live 1:1 AI training sessions via Google Meet using TeamLift’s ready-made materials and structure. All sessions are delivered in English.
  • Support participants as they apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Make.com, Zapier) to their real work scenarios.
  • Answer questions and troubleshoot with learners during sessions, helping them move from understanding to application.
  • Tailor explanations to each participant’s skill level and role.
  • Share insights and learner feedback with the TeamLift team to improve future sessions.

What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience with AI and workflow automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Make.com, Zapier, or similar).
  • Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience, such as serving as a teaching assistant or corporate trainer.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, especially in live settings.
  • Comfort guiding professionals at all levels, from first-time AI users to advanced experimenters.
  • A structured, patient, and outcomes-focused approach to instruction.
